DAY 1 — Hanoi
Today you can check into your hotel and spend the day exploring the streets of Hanoi.
DAY 2 — Halong Bay
Enjoy lunch on your private boat whilst cruising through some of the thousands of limestone karsts within this World Heritage site. Swim in the bay‘s emerald waters, explore caves with incredible formations of stalactites. Spending the night on the boat allows you to sit back and enjoy the tranquility of Halong Bay.
DAY 3 — Hanoi
Back in Hanoi your guide will take you sight-seeing before boarding the train this evening.
DAY 4 — Hue
Visit the Imperial Citadel followed by a visit to one of the Nguyen Emperors‘ tombs. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Perfume River.
DAY 5 — Hoi An
You will leave Hue and head south through coastal rice paddies, before taking the scenic mountainous route over the spectacular Hai Van Pass. In the afternoon, you will arrive at the once bustling river port of Hoi An.
DAY 6 — Hoi An
Free day. Hoi An is a shopping mecca and famous for its tailoring and there is a huge variety of fabrics to choose from. Enjoy the local sea food, relax on the beaches, do a cooking class or explore the My Son temples.
DAY 7 — HCMC
A short flight brings you to the economic hub of Ho Chi Minh City. Absorb the sights and sounds of this famous Asian city.
DAY 8 — HCMC
Travel to the fascinating Mekong where you will cruise the waterways to see a way of life that is dependent on the river for survival.
DAY 9 — HCMC
This morning you have a half day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels.
DAY 10 — HCMC
Departure day.
