CENTRAL VIETNAM ITINERARY 5 DAYS

DAY 1 HCMC Arrival in HCMC and transfer to your hotel. Free day to explore the city.

DAY 2 HUE Transfer to airport for a short flight to Hue. Drive to visit the Forbidden City for exploration of the remnants at the Citadel and its open air war museum, Thien Mu Pagoda, King Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Mausoleums.

DAY 3 HUE › A Luoi Drive into Ashau Valley via Highway No.14, stop over at Camp Eagles, Fire-bases Birmingham and A Luoi. A view of Hamburger Hill and unofficial meeting with local veterans.

DAY 4 A Luoi › Dong Ha Drive on Highway No.9 towards Lao border, stop over in Lang Vei Special Forces Camp, Khe Sanh Base, Da Krong Bridge, Cam Lo, Rockpile and Camp Carrol.

DAY 5 DMZ Tour of 17th parallel, Ben Hai River and Hien Luong Bridge, Vinh Moc Tunnels and Quang Tri Citadel. Return to Hue via Highway No.1

ACCOMMODATION

2 – 3 star hotels and basic guest house in A Luoi. Breakfast is included in all hotels where you have stayed the previous night.

Hue City tour includes: guide, entrance fees and lunch. DMZ 3 days 2 nights tour, includes: guide, entrance fees, special permission Hamburger Hill, and meals (2 lunches). All transport is included for these activities.
